About

Daniel Neath
I’m a product designer with nine years of experience. Technology, education, government, fashion, and entertainment are just some of the industries I’ve served.
I lead design systems and end-to-end UX for complex, data-dense software. At Cole Engineering Services, I lead a design system that unified the UI across every project. That work helped the team win its contract renewal. I own the UX for 11 mission-critical projects, and I partner with engineers on a design-to-code pipeline and AI workflows that keep design and code in sync.
My background in graphic and motion design shapes how I work. I turn complicated problems into simple answers that serve users and the business. People I’ve worked with would describe me as patient, curious, and a little obsessed with details. I care about the small things because that’s where a product earns people’s trust.
Outside of work, I build interaction experiments to try out new ideas for how interfaces move and respond. Away from the screen, I spend my days outdoors. I’m also into , , and making .
